How do I see more views of each Product?
Simply click on the product or click on quick view. Most products have 2 or 3 images that you can view.
How does Shipping and Handling work?
Shipping is calculated at the time of purchase, the calculation is done by the web domain server, based on weight and distance. Since I'm new at this web site stuff, I'm not sure how fair and accurate their methods will work, but I promise you, if the cost of shipping is less than quoted, you will be refunded the difference.
Unlike many e-commerce sites, I will never charge you a handling fee. However: boxes, bubble wrap, Straping tape, labels, etc., are part of the costs associated with doing business on E-commerce sites. These costs are all inclusive in the price of the products. Please consider this when comparing prices with similar products. We truly appreciate your business and this is one way for me to prove that to you.
What about Returns and Refunds?
All products are guaranteed against manufacturers defects for as long as You own the product . Any product that is defective will be replaced immediately, or a full refund will be sent to you, as soon as the defective part arrives back to the shop. We will determine if the product was truly defective, or if the product was a victim of improper use. I will also pay the shipping, both ways for defective products. Another way to say, Thank You for your business.
What else do you Manufacture?
I have a bunch of other items that I plan to bring on line soon. (Dolly Trays, Articulating camera rigs, Sliders, etc.) but I want all items in stock and ready to ship before I post them on this site. We have built a lot of one off items for: Stedicam Operators, Jib Arm Operators, TechnoCrane Operators, Propmasters, Stunt Coordinators, Video Assist tech's & Grip & Lighting Houses.

I still work a lot as a Key Grip in the film industry here in Central Florida. My shop is a one man operation, so some orders may take a day or two to ship.
