This unit was designed to let the operator get a hand held look and not be limited to being locked off in one spot. The skate wheels give you a super smooth slide on standard speed rail pipe. Can also be rigged to do push-in moves with one more pipe and one more stand. The tilt can be locked off at any given angle or set loose to tilt as desired.
